Ii think it's easier to say what's correct to a 105.002... the case back.

Somebody is going to pay a premium for an inconsistent montage of different parts that do not belong to each other...

 

Oh, that was a nasty looking watch.

 

I was going to chime in to say something about how at least it comes on a really nice strap, but then I read this: "The watch will be supplied on a generic black or dark brown leather strap. (not the one pictured)"

eBay really is getting worse week by week !!
Although there are some honest deals out there, the number of 'dodgy' listings is becoming an avalanche.

 

Someone going to get burnt.It will cost a bomb even to turn it into a 105.003

 

The rarest "part" is the vintage instruction manual; its even harder to find than a 105.002 caseback..
But I doubt the manual is included in the offer...at least it's not clearly statet in the article description

 

You think Speedmasters are a nightmare on eBay...

Look up Kermit Submariners. They are all listed "real" almost all are regular subs with a green replacement bezel missing the signature maxi dial.
