I'll take the suit over the watch though, just me.
Shark-skin - great suit! But somehow a Nato strap does not go with it.

If Omega have their say he would wear a different watch in every scene

Nice suit, but you'll notice the left arm is cut a little shorter in order to display the watch.

Yes a 00 actually 00736

The additional nato type band is very nice and has a deployment clasp that I can use with other bands for my other omegas

I have a Watchco SM 300 and have just sprung for the Omega grey/black NATO which is in the mail. I like the grey/black a lot better than the "true" multicolour strap from the Connery films, so I am delighted that the grey black is now legitimised as a "True Bond Mk 2". I have one of the original Connery pattern straps, tried it on numerous watches but always ended up taking it off again.

Having said that, I think the SM300 looks best of all on black leather. Craig can be seen wearing one on a black leather strap in one of the early publicity shots for the new film.

Agree with you on the 'original' - I have the supposedly proper one, which is actually also not a NATO, it's a strap with a fabric keeper :

But it spends most of the time in the 'strap fails' box .... Also, I read somewhere an opinion that the original was actually black and grey, but something about viewing an old film over modern equipment distorted the colors on the band and made it just appear green with a red tinge... I forget the scientific explanation the guy had. Anyway, after trying to be a purist, I'm happy with the grey/black just because it looks better!
