I have bought a number of vintage Constellations from closer0924 and can report very positively on him. Several times on opening a parcel a watch was revealed better than I had expected. The only time I was not happy with a watch (an odd fault I don't think he knew about until I told him), he refunded the money immediately, and the watch was never relisted.

 

I agree, but I have noticed a few dials lately that appear to have been redone. However, I have no doubt that if they turned out to be redials, Closer would issue a refund, without question.
