This is the movement... Is this based on a Valjoux 92 movement?

Nope, can't be without a column wheel. It's either a Venus 188 or Valjoux 773x. Let's see a close-up of the logo under the balance wheel towards the edge of the movement.

 

Thanks both, I think that's it, a 7730 base, 7733 or 4. Not my watch, one I am considering.
