Great. When we're ready, we'll start up a separate thread to get people on board who would like play Guinea pig ;)

We have a 1st gen iPad, iPad Mini, and 4th Gen Retina iPad for testing. There was a Nexus 7 too, but it went back with some touch-screen defects. Our only Android testing right now is on the simulator (Jelly Bean).

We're aiming to support anything Nexus7 and up in screen size, then work our way down through the phones.

For our Australian members, there's network connectivity issues for Queensland right now (perhaps far more widespread). Fun stuff :)

Appears to be sorted out now. Tons of stuff was broken from the GC and Brisbane.

If you're running plugins like AdBlock for your web browser, you may want to disable them or whitelist omegaforums.net

I had AdBlock running in Chrome, and the site is actually (somewhat) noticeably quicker when ΩF is white-listed.

Is there an Omega Forums app in the works perhaps? I'm trying to research on my own, or at least not start new topics for common questions, but the search function on Tapatalk leaves a lot to be desired.

Sorry, I should've been more specific. I need an iPhone app, as that's the primary device I use to watch this forum.

We've put a lot of effort into the web version of the site, I would literally just use Safari it's far better and more usable than Tapatalk or most apps.

You guys have really done a wonderful job with the mobile version of this site! And the desktop version, of course. Thanks for all you do.

Works like a charm using Chrome on my iPhone 6S, @Luck7496!

Thanks for the input. I've never even considered using Chrome on my phone, but seems like I've been missing out on a better experience.

We've been threatening to do it for ages but I promise we will eventually remove Tapa support, there's so much they've done that is just to risky and concerning to us and we don't even have the ability to opt out of it.

Going to use this chance to make a shoutout to the moderator and/or the guys setting up this forum. This is to complement the DESIGN and EASY WAY OF NAVIGATION on the forum, which absolutely contributes to the majority of reasons why I ever started on this forum.

... and also made me stay up numerous nights resulting in overconsumption of coffee :coffee:

So thank you very much!

(edit: this thread needed a picture..)
