How can I tell if this is an authentic Omega. It looks like there is a serial number on the back. Is there a way to find out year made fron this?

i would add that you should ask for photos of the movement, to make sure that that is in good condition.

 

it almost impossible to tell sometimes cause the vintage models are not in-house
