"Robby" the strap arrived today and although it is early days I have to say I am well pleased.
Never personally regarded the PO as heavy although I appreciate many do and with the bracelet out of the way the weight saving is immediately obvious.
With the bracelet I admit that the PO was prone to moving a bit on the wrist, the strap eliminates that issue completely.
A pretty cold day here today but I am sure that come some heat on our forthcoming travels it will prove a cool option, and it is waterproof.

And of course a few pics.

I would imagine that Sandy can hold his head up higher just knowing that.

I may get one myself, but boy like mine on Omega Mesh.

Following Alpha's lead here, I ordered a dark brown tiger - it seems like a natural fit for a speedy... The Oil Tan Hadley Roma I had on it has felt a bit heavy in the hot and humid weather today.

Looks good - the Hirsch buckle is a design I haven't noticed before with an extra bulge where the omega symbol would be on an oem buckle.

Quickly fitted, the sporty perforations look good on the speedy and the contrast stitching works well.

The rubber on the backing means it is much more flexible than most quality watch straps and immediately conformed well to my wrist. I'm keeping a careful eye on the leather side and will be watching to see if it wrinkles more than usual.

This could be the ideal speedy strap. Waterproof, lightweight and breathable, and will dress up or down as far as you like... It is incredibly comfortable.

I have the PO 8900 43.5 in orange with a SS bracelet, I want to order this Hirsch Robby, Omega says my lugs are 21mm, the only size of the Robby is 22 or 20, which size will fit my PO?

I have the Orange version on my 2004 Japan Racing - perfect 'match' in my view. Also worth mentioning it's good value for money and excellent quality.

Yes but if your local to an OB get them there. Normally free or minimal cost and high quality guaranteed.

They are used often to put the 22mm nato on a 21 watch or 20 on an 19.
