I saw this on ebay. this watch seems too clean except for the back of the bracelet which has scratches along with some gunk on the inside edge of the case. Reason for skepticism?

First, NOS (New Old Stock) is the most misused term on eBay.


Second, he says it's NOS but then in the description states "THIS IS A USED VINTAGE(OLD)WATCH AND NOT NEW. THERE MAY BE MINOR SCRATCHES ON THE CASE AND CRYSTAL. I TRY TO DESCRIBE THESE OLD BEAUTIES BUT MAY MISS SOMETHING. IF YOU WANT A PERFECT OR NEW OLD STOCK VINTAGE WATCH, PLEASE DO NOT BID."
