There are obviously other issue such as the dial, but I can't recall this ref with a cal 860 http://www.ebay.com/itm/omega-seama...376569675?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item3f2f4dd54bPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Good question. 860's can go where 861's go for obvious reasons, but should they is another issue. I'm having trouble calling definitive shenanigans on this one (well, meaning that caliber inside that case reference).
Also Omega's database says the cal. 860 only came in the normal lugged 145.017 and not a "C"-shape case. But not sure how comprehensive that is. Can't find a web pic of an 860 in C case, though, only this case shape: Best, T.
I own a 860 DeVille myself. Omega only lists this in the case ref 145.017 and I have not found other (legit) versions. The C-shape looks all wrong, also the dial seems to be too small for the dial? The 860 is a 861 with only two subdials. It is slightly slimmer, and was only made in 10.000 units total, so compared to the 861 350.000 + it is quite uncommon.
Back with a lower price, was consensus on this franken ? http://www.ebay.com/itm/omega-seamaster-Chronograph-cal-860-Super-Rare-/271785665707Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Also notice calibre 860 has no serial number ?
