Hi all, im not sure if a water-damaged, rusty omega is of any use to anyone. I went swimming with the thing on Sunday and without a few hours it had rusted pretty badly. I took it to my local watch guy first thing Monday who said its not worth fixing after inspection however i most the internals still look pretty ok to me so it might be of use to someone on this forum. It's going free, all i ask for in return is some advice and help getting a decent replacement. Doesn't have to be the same one just something interesting, original and below 1100Euro in price, and Omega obviously. All you have to do it pay for shipping and its yours (im in Berlin, Germany). I've attached some photo's of my hell. He put it back together and it does tick a little so its not totally screwed - its almost steampunk style Matthew

I was reading Archer's blog and saw that he rescued a Speedmaster Pro that was rusted about as badly as this one. The guy was swimming and lost a pusher, letting water get in.
