For sale is my Zodiac SeaWolf (watch head only) that I fell in love with for it's unique dial... You will never see another just like it... guaranteed! It's a bit of a chameleon, changing its look depending on the character of the light bestowed upon the originally black dial. Collection has gone out of control, so this is part of an attempt to keep the box burden down a bit... I bought this little diver 18 months ago, when the movement was 'just serviced', according to the seller, and the timekeeping and amplitudes are certainly consistent with that. Hand-winding via crown is a bit stiff, but fine. It also starts running instantly with a few shakes. The crown pulls and sets with ease, timekeeping +/- 10s/d). EDIT: It’s gained just one second in 36 hours on the wrist; not too shabby! YMMV.. The 35.2mm SS case is still quite sharp, possibly unpolished, light to moderate wear; the upper right lug with a very small ding. The bezel is chromed, has moderate wear, and a nice patina to go along with it. Zodiac-signed crown. Lugs 18mm. Please check out all of the pictures as they are an integral part of the description. I plan to post more dial pics tomorrow when the light-box (the car) becomes better lit! Shipping is at no additional cost for conUS buyers for USPS Priority Mail. All others will be at cost. Returns are not possible unless the watch is found to be grossly misrepresented. Please feel free to PM me here for questions or additional photos.... Thanks for looking!
I’ve posted additional pics on brown leather, cream stitch, that I can include in the sale for no additional cost; just ask for it! I don’t have a movement pic, but I could probably easily pop off the back and do so for a serious buyer.
I’ve enjoyed wearing this one today, so I’m not so anxious to sell after all. That said, I’m going to drop price just this once, so that it’s more likely to get worn and enjoyed on a more regular basis than with me!
Maybe I'm alone in the love of this unique dial... one more BUMP, then back to the box! ... and BTW, the movement's timekeeping is spot on: +2s/day for 3 days...
