It has a rectangular-style case that was popular at that time. Running OK, but needs some regulating. The case is pretty sharp, but of course, has many many scratches as seen from photos. Case back has an engraving. Blued hands, but they have not been cleaned, so would show true colors after cleaning. I didn't want to touch the dial or hands. 29mm diameter. 39mm in length. I've checked for accuracy on the last day. Keeps time really well. Update: it loses about 45 sec per day. Probably could be finetuned.
Do you have a photo of the inside of the case-back? It looks as though the case is chrome-plated with a steel back.
I will try to open it, although it’s not that easy. Even if it’s chrome plated considering the age it has survived rather well!
It's a lovely watch at a decent price. What makes it too rich for me is the shipping and exchange rate.
Well, Transferwise offers low-fee transfers. Express shipping is expensive when you are a private customer, at least here in Estonia. I can do standard shipping (1-2 weeks in Europe) included in the price (normally it's avg 20€).
