i guess i'm in the minority here. while i love the a3818 i guess zenith is basically going to re-issue the entire vintage lineup. . i just don't get the appeal of an identical re-issue of a vintage piece. no one is driving around in a replica of a 67 ford mustang. . if you want a vintage watch buy a vintage watch, if you want a new watch buy a new watch.. just my 2 cents but i would never wear a re-issue of a vintage piece whether i could afford the original or not
Grinds my gears every time I see that
right! Even more, it was an edition that was available, almost the 50 first pieces sold by Revolution, between three and five days (it’s not a lot, but considering flippers and professionals, too much time in my opinion for a revival of the cover girl, a grail among zenith collection). And other 50 went to Zenith dealers, so ...
For example, the 49 pieces of Zenith A386 in steel with brow-orange dials were sold out in minutes (I AM LOOKING FOR ONE, WANTED TO BUY, BTW)
You mean this one????
It’s a very cool watch. However, I did buy it to actually wear it and enjoy it so it is NFS (at the moment). If I do sell, I’ll let you know!
I slightly prefer the gold version:
And if that one floats your boat at all, there is one for sale at Phillips Perpetual.
Does anyone have any info about the remainder of the CG reissue hitting boutiques ? I would love to be able to see one in person.....
