Zenith Price Rise 2022

Whilst showing interest in my local boutique towards a Chronomaster sport the SA hinted that he thought there was an imminent price rise on the way from Zenith. My immediate reaction was that this is just a pressure tactic to get me to commit... however with recent rises from Omega and Rolex I wondered if anyone else had picked up on anything similar for Zenith?

I dont know if there is a price rise on the horizon, what I can tell you is I picked up my Chronomaster Sport today and paid every penny of 9,700.00 euros for it.

I was in Milan last week on business when I received the call from the Jewlers telling me it had arrived. I had to wait until today as most Jewellery shops in Luxembourg are closed on Monday's. So to answer your question, I did not plan it but it's a cool coincidence.

Thanks, I am besotted with it to the point where I am considering selling my Canopus. I will come round in a few days on the idea so between now and then I need to stay away from the for sale pages...

Boom! I couldn't resist... Went back to the Boutique, paid list for the bracelet version and got the blue Cordura strap thrown in along with 3 years warranty and first service. SA wasn't going to budge any further. I actually really like the cordura strap and havent even bothered with the bracelet so far.

Went into the Zenith boutique yesterday for a strap change and the Manager informed me that there would be a Zenith price rise in April. The Chronomaster Sport would increase by 10% was his statement. If anyone is considering buying a Zenith it may pay you to pull the trigger in March as i presume this will be a world wide price hike.

Confirmed. Aprils first Chronomaster goes up $1K. Ordered mine Saturday. My first entry piece into the watch world.

Woahhhh! Up by a full $1k!! Dayyum, I'm super happy that I got the call last week from my Zenith dealer and have already paid up! (won't see the watch for a while however so pics will take a while!)

I dont mate... i know that the SA gave me 3 different figures, one for the watch on strap, one for the watch on bracelet and one for the watch and strap and bracelet and then when i was looking for a price favour he offered me both the strap and bracelet for the same price as the watch on bracelet.... I mean it cant cost more than $200/$250 for a cordura strap can it? Or whatever your local currency is.

Has this price-hike trickled down to the used market yet? I keep looking at their Chronographs--they're mesmerizing. Was considering branching out from Omega in the near-future.

I would say its firmed up the prices for used models on Chrono24. I noticed some were dropping below the old retail price before the price rise. Although Chrono24 is notoriously on the high side.
