Another Zenith from my collection - an A3645 Octagonal Defy. My favorite Zenith 🤩
This is a "project watch" - The crown seems to be a bit loose which results in sometimes "empty" time setting. Nothing serious, with some caution everything is working. The watch also came from my friend who is watchmaker - so it should run well. However, vintage pieces are to be handled with care and they sometimes also don't like shipping. I just want to be careful in posting info here.
To the piece:
Case is not perfect, but IMHO better than average
Mineral crystal is in very good condition (no scratches) but aftermarket (well done: inside domed, but not from factory)
Crown is not signed but service
Hands are re-lumed
Dial is nice - patinated, I add detailed pictures for everybody to make his own opinion
Caseback scratched from unproper opening (as often 😵💫), but serial still well readable
I am selling Head-only
Price: I thought of €690 as those are getting really rare. But if you are seriously interested please try me out with an offer.
Watch and myself are in Vienna, Austria. F2F with coffee very much appreciated. If not, shipping also fine of course. International also possible but let's discuss, got careful as one transaction went wrong lately.
