Back up for sale is my Zenith Cronometro Tipo CP 2 with the famous El Primero movement. This is a reissue of the somewhat well-known Zenith Cairelli Tipo CP 2 issued to the Italian air force in the 1960s. This reissue is a limited-edition of 1000 watches. The watch is in excellent condition. I bought it new and wore it very carefully about a dozen times. It comes with double outer boxes, inner box, manual, hang tag, undated warranty card stamped “Govberg Jewelers” – the full kit. The original strap with deployant buckle has never been worn. With a loupe you can see some signs of wear but nothing that is apparent with the naked eye. I rate the watch as being in 95% condition, to be conservative. Here are the specs: Brand Zenith Ref. My price is reduced to $4500 Firm NOW $3999 including insured worldwide shipping. Payment by wire (preferred) or PayPal with fees covered by buyer. No returns, so please ask your questions in advance. Many thanks. My OF feedback is here: https://omegaforums.net/search/13549698/?q=rbob99&o=date&c[node]=10 Now, on to the photos….
I have gone back and forth in my mind on whether to sell this piece... have now decided it is for sale. So...BUMP
This one is back up for sale with a hefty price reduction. I will be travelling extensively in about two weeks, so it will go back in the vault if it hasn't sold by then. I have worn the watch a few times since it was originally listed. To be conservative, I would say it is in 90% condition. There are a few marks from strap changes. But, the original strap is still unworn as shown.
