Hi all, for sale is my solid yellow gold Zenith Captain Chronometre, with a calibre 2522P movement within. Selling head only. The case measures 34mm excluding crown. 42,5mm lug to lug. Some light scratches and tarnishing, please see pictures below. Original crown + Archtypical ridges on caseback for such solid gold Captains clearly defined. 18K hallmark and Zenith serial number clearly marked between the lugs. The case is really heavy for its size - heavier than my 36mm cal 71 example! The dial has some light spots / patina, but is otherwise in lovely condition for its age. Hands are all original - slightly short second hand appears correct for the reference. Keeps general time fine, but I've not timed it for accuracy. As I don't have the right tools to open this caseback, the movement pictures below are from the dealer I brought from previously. I'm not aware of its service history, and it has not been serviced whilst in my possession for the past 12 months.
