Yes I know but that doesn't void my contract with them?

It's still a legal obligation to buy the watch because I won it?

They have been chasing up payment but part of the reason I don't want to pay is because they are insolvent and not sure if I will my purchase.

    Auctionata Files for Insolvency
    Finally. These guys are crooks.

I feel sorry for all the people that got swindled.

If you have questions regarding your rights and responsibilities in an auction, then you should consult with an attorney in your jurisdiction.

Any answer you get here will just be speculation.

    Lovely looking watch.

I'm not sure if the dial is original, however, as the tracks in the sub-dials are not well-centered. Better minds can probably answer that, but like @gatorcpa said, it would be-hoove you to get some professional legal advice if you are thinking of backing out of your agreement...

Is the dial not original..? I thought it looked original and untouched because of the patina...

Nice HJ case, I have the exact same one but it is a UG. Also auctionata has filed for bankruptcy so I will be careful if there is still an auction held by them. Pictures of the HJ UG and also a zenith Cousin I also happened to have.
