Hi there, I got offered one as a trade in, but do not really know a lot about them specifically this model: I am fairly sure its not exactly the pinnacle of watchmaking but rather nice nevertheless ... good thing is that a good old friend is ticking within ... how do you see those? ... any thoughts? cheers al
I personally love them and have the manual version of the one you've posted. There are a few fakes popping up now and again. Dial and bezel look correct but pics of case sides and case back, and movement would help in evaluating it.
Al, Check out my thread on the SM120 https://omegaforums.net/threads/my-...ers-what-to-look-for-and-what-to-avoid.38032/
Btw, the OP watch is a 165.027, the auto no date and it is the hardest of the original 4 to source. It looks fine so far NICE CATCH!!
Thx Gemini for your nugget of internet gold. The pic was just a generic one, I will be seeing the watch over the weekend, so 1000 Thx for your primer I will keep you posted. Cheers, Alfred
