Over on our vintage Heuer discussion forum, we have been having a "Best of 2014" theme for postings. One of our members posted a message about the "Watch Room" that he built in 2014, and I thought that readers here might like to see the watch room (and part of his collection). Yes, Omega is well-represented!! Here is the thread showing his watch room -- http://chronocentric.com/forums/heuer/index.cgi?page=1;md=read;id=74499 Wishing everyone here an enjoyable year of collecting!! Jeff
I'm new to my personal watch craze, but I've been a bibliophile all my life. I'd be just as interested to find out more about his books! What's his interest? I'm guessing history ...
WOW. Now that our daughter is out of the house and married, I wonder how my wife would feel if I converted her bedroom.
A reddit comment links to a "Modem Warning" from a former TZ mod: http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t=tree&goto=3763171&rid=12. Wonder how he's doing.
Thanks for bringing that one up again! I think that's my single favorite post on any watch forum ever. I've linked to it a few times over the years myself. Haven't heard from Kohei in a while, hope he's doing well.
I am glad I am not the only "crazy" guy in this space... Some twist in my brain decided Tag Heuer is the next step after Omega, maybe one day, the unused spare bedroom will be converted to a watchroom
