....your first post is a link to your own eBay listing in the recommended thread
Even better if you then when told it's yours reply "no it isn't" then threaten to sue me for pointing out that your IP location and the seller's location are one and the same in spite of telling members you're from the opposite coast of the USA to throw them off. Then still insisting I'm wrong even after I point out via PM that the seller's eBay name and the email address you signed up with are one and the same. Then reading articles of the US constitution to me in spite of the fact that I'm Australian and aren't particularly interested.

This was a year or two ago but I get stuff like people trying to use the first amendment to genuinely threaten me into allowing them to bypass the 200 post rule because I'm violating their rights by not allowing them to hawk their swag.

To clarify:

I've never read the Australian constitution because it's boring

I'm even less inclined to read someone else's constitution because it's even more boring

The first amendment doesn't overrule our TOS or selling rules

Anyone unhappy with that can take it up with our legal council, Zamba the office cat, but he reads even less than I do

...you think your watch is rare because the dial is unique (repainted)

...if the word "unique" in a sales listing doesn't raise any red flags in your mind.

You want to believe that the $3000 Ed White being advertised by a guy from LATAM is real. And you have a steal on the market.

... You bought a 10 year old watch from unknown seller who had no box/papers and no history on watch, but it keeps good time so obviously doesn't need a service...

I'm not sure about forum rules (for a US-based forum) overriding the US Constitution. That said, 1st Amendment generally does not protect free speech in private spaces, such as shopping malls and internet forums. I.e. I can kick you out of my house if I don't like what you're saying.

It's not US based - it's in Australia...
