I did unfollow or block unwanted accounts -- but in the process some of them have wasted my time, either by spamming wiht multiple posts of the same thing, or requiring me to take a look at their account to see if they were legit or if I wanted to have anything to do with it.
The filtering work that's required is in itself a nuisance.
I much prefer the conversations taking place here.
This chronograph is very cool, by the way....
My IG account is vintagepocketwatches. I'm going to have to follow some of you guys.
I upload 4-5 or 8-9 shots of each watch sometimes two watches a night not always "for sale" stuff but usually... i dunno im kinda the opposite.. like when you only get one pic of a watch like this i found this...
.
What is that!!! why did they only put this pic on IG where is the rest of the damn watch!!! i always want more incidentally i found the watch...

I absolutely love this but the import will kill it for me but that case back is a new little grail of mine...
I guess its horses for courses @Syrte
I'll admit to feeling the same as Syrte. It is a bit of a pain scrolling through a pile of pictures of the same watch, and it has made me think about unfollowing some (I have only been on IG for a month or so). I noticed the way some people post you can 'scroll right' to see multiple pics vs having to keep scrolling down through a bunch of pics of the same watch to see content posted by others.

well i suppose thats the importance of following people you actually want to follow.. im sure looking at 7 pics of the same watch is ok if its a watch you like but then 22 pics of a seiko 5 glass back with 10 different location backdrops including sunset and beach can be a bit of a ball ache... hehe bookmarking hashtags & accounts is a good idea too rather than just scrolling your feed
