Yet another El Primeo A386 query

    Was told that last serial of A386 had no quick set, news to me. Is this so?

    No. The 3019 PHC has a quick set date. Like all EPs, it's in the second position, rather than the more conventional first position.

    Here's a shot of the repair manual for the 3019 PHC showing the quick set position (date position is above, sorry for potato quality photo):

    I have never met a 3019 without a quickset date.

    Thanks guys, thought it smelled fishy, though Im not sure what to make of it and claim.
