WWW Record 022k delivered to the Ghana Army

For those unfamiliar with these watches Record supplied the Ghana Army and the Kenyan Army they were basically WWW record watches with a sterile case back so they could be marked for the Ghana or Kenyan armies

The watch is running facedown but when turned over stops so needs looking at

The case is in very good condition and has lots of plating left no major dents or scratches has had the fixed bars replaced

The hands have have no lume

The dial is ok but does have some scratches especially at the 10 position small paint loss to the markers and pheon it

New crystal fitted

New crown but will need a new stem as the one supplied is too short

Because it needs a full service and the dial has some paint loss on the markers i've priced it to reflect this

£200 + postage

With a proper relume that watch could be a real conversation piece. There is a hint lume there still. Good reference for a color match. Fair price for a military watch. I have a large wrist and just can't do smaller watches, or I might be a player. Best of luck!

PS Balance staff is fine i suspect its the bottom jewel needs reseating as it was loose on the main plate i just pushed it back in
