As the title says, I'm looking for a replacement second wheel that holds the second hand for the Tissot Cal 796 day/date model movement.

You have probably tried to locate the required part. It might be helpful to someone here if you would indicate how much effort you have put into finding the part, and the names of watch repair material sources you have approached, and who weren’t able to supply the part.
