I think it’s japanese for “whale”

Looked it up: "Zimbe" comes from the Japanese term "jinbei-zame" (ジンベイザメ) which means "whale shark".

Since Yema was owned for a long time by Seiko ( with their Shirojiri quartz movement ) this 90s diver hopefully qualifies. Heehee.

What’s the point of a freaking 40m diver, not 30m and not 50m. French people I swear

Lol. Still, I like it. It’s not a tool watch for me .. just a look and fits my wrist perfectly. For $150 a decent summer beater with casual attire.

My boss used to rock a two tone (black and gold) cartier santos.

I wanted to recreate same effect with this -

Seiko Black Gold Ring Ninja Turtle on Strapcode Jubillee

I guess i failed. I suppose a two tone bracelet (is there one) or all black bracelet would do better.

Tried it on with a PVD bracelet. Cant find a suitable TT.
