A gift from a friend. Seiko 5 superior as written on the dial. Crystal and case scratch like hell. Crown is bent but still working. How much do you think it worth?

Probably better to start a separate thread if you want views on value …. and start with how you came by the watch, what your enquiries show and how much you paid for it 😀

Good suggestion, as I mentioned that it was a gift so I dont know about the price. Ijust want to have a few tips as it will be worth to fix up this watch or not.

Canvas or rubber band everything else is a part of the charm and character! Oh wait maybe a cold morning Dive too if you’re into cold water swimming 🌊
Nah, I’m done with cold water diving, Diving in dry suits is too much of a pain. 🤪

Picked up the 'Pepper' 5 Sports Kamen Rider recently - already had the Silver variation but at currently £200 in the UK this was too good of a deal to resist.

One of my favorite watches GS6145-8000...It's not a perfect specimen, by any means, but I love the design and simplicity.

I think I scored on eBay with this 6306 from Japan. The watch (1978 serial) looks barely worn - original strap and there’s still some blue wax left on the caseback. Keeping good time as well after a few hours. Decent price as well. Pretty amazing for a 45+ year old watch that has maybe never been opened.

Very nice. 👍😎
I didn't 'get' these early enough and guess I've missed out now due to my own mental price blocking. Making do with some re-issues but a true 4 o'clock crown like this would be so much better.
