Got one of these because I love the Skyliner font. This one is a Special Dial variant, the only Seiko that has the SD mark on the top half of the dial instead of above the 6 o'clock marker. Some spots on the dial, but with my eyesight I don't notice them when on the wrist.

Yes a 8305-5000, an odd little fella with it's quirky date window and font. Really like it.

The bracelet was a nice pick-up and is in great shape, it survived the whole weekend on my wrist.

My 1978 turtle---- which I just had serviced locally at Capetown Diamond in Roswell GA.. It is literally keeping perfect time and as good as my Speedmaster, if not better… this one has a domed crystal whereas my 1983 has a flat crystal with a original Seiko band.. To be honest, I really love the look of this dome and the Bezel is all beat up and original the way I like it
