Italian market is a little bit insular given the language difference but there are some amazing collections over there, wouldn't be surprised to see one turn up in that part of the world.

Main Hands I would ascribe to a Railmaster 2914. The shape of the 2915 broad arrow hands is slightly different. The dial I would rather ascribe to a 2915-1 than to a -2. The crown is a new replacement. Beside that it is a beautiful watch. I am also curious about the pricing for that. As fare as I know, the seller is more into Rolex.

I follow Marlon on instagram for at least a year and they seem to sell nice and honest watches.

Contacted him and he is asking 77k.

Yes, the hour hand is to slim too be a 2915. But I think it's a 2913 hand...and the second hand also, not 2914. It's also easier to make the smaller 2913 hole wider, than making the bigger 2914 hole smaller ;-)

Perhaps the seller doesn't own a X-Master Caseback Tool by Pahawi Industries::confused2::

The 2915 (Speemaster) with cal 321 has the widest holes of all of them with the hour 1,90 mm and the minute 1,05mm. The 2914 (Railmaster) with cal. 284 is the smaller with 1,70 mm and 0,95 mm. The 2913 (Seamaster) with cal 501 is the smallest with 1,50 mm and 0,80mm. Finally there is the rancheros, but it is outside the famous triology. However it has the smalest holes with 1,40 mm and 0,75mm.

Here a comparison picture. The hand on the right is a 2914 hand, the two others are 2915 hands. You can notice without measuring, that the 2914 is thinner and has a smaller hole. A 2913 is not in my collection (unfortunately), so I have no pics. But it is the smalest.

Agreed. Really appreciate this info, @BASE1000 @kox
would love to buy an honest 2915-1 or -2 but know it's hard to find and identify one.

the one we discuss here is honest, only one should know what one is getting for the price :D My mantra is, that you will never find the perfect 2915.
