    with only one photo from the seller? I just did. Seller had a lot of stuff for sale and only this watch. He never sold any watches in the past. For 136,- euro I was the lucky one or not? Hope the caliber is a 283 but we shall see. Any thoughts one this one?

    Timeless style. Hope it works out well. That's not a whole lot of money to gamble so I think chances are you did well. I think you may be right on the caliber. Someone else will have to comment on the dial (original?)

    At under $200, it's a low risk purchase if the movement is in good shape.

    Would I have bought without a movement picture?

    136 euros and Simon has 136 posts. If that's the way it works, some of you lot are never finding a bargain again!!!

    I like it. It costs probably as much as a new Bulova or Tissot entry level quartz with a lot of plastic in the mechanism. But for sure it looks and feels better than that. Where was the listing? The more I look at it the more I like it

    It was listed on the bay. Only a few were interested. I hope the back and the inside are as lovely as the front.
