    Hi guys,
I'm looking at this 1675 case...This caught my eye. 'Registered Design ' is on the bottom instead of, what I've always so far seen it to be, on the top. Is this ok?

I've never seen Registered Design at the bottom. It's normally the reference # of the watch.

Yes, some of the earlier gilt dial 1675 did have registered design and stainless steel on the bottom between the lugs. Other references earlier than the mid 60's did as well, not just limited to the GMT.

I thought it might be an Australian market one...

As ever, OF first (and best!) to the rescue.
Ty guys for the feedback! You learn something new every day in this horological disease/obsession. :)
