Would like to acquire this Seamaster Cosmic Blue Dial on eBay- Anything amiss?

    Just saw this on eBay...no bids with 4 days left, have kept it on watch. Probably 60s or 70s. Dial seems to be original judging by comparisons to other Cosmic dials on Google.

    The gold plating on the back seems to have come off one side; is that normal? Other than that, it seems alright.

    I saw that a while ago, dial looks OK but the heavy cuff wear on the case put me off. It could be re-plated though. I'd say the watch has been very well worn and as there are no inside shots the service history is unknown. Could be worth an offer below $200.

    Highly doubt the dial was originally that color :cautious: and as stated the case is a complete mess.

    Thanks guys! Was looking at buying it as a (cheap!) daily beater; will see how the price goes (and if the buyer is open to an offer.)
