This looks, from the style of the lugs and the case, to be late 1940s or early 1950s. So it should have a cal 351 inside. But I am uncertain about the dial. However, this may well be a European variation which we don't see here in the UK.
"Fab Suisse" is quite common on European watches rather than the bottom mark Swiss or Swiss Made I have one or two and am just waiting on a nice little Fab Suisse 26.5 coming over from Belgium
Pretty sure this is an older redial. I rather like this pattern, in fact I believe Tissot still uses one very similar. I agree that this probably has a cal. 351 or 354 under the hood. gatorcpa
No, but I think the printing is off a bit, which would cause the markers to look like they were off-kilter. Also, a closer look shows that the redialler put ink on top of the markers at the corners. Sloppy work, gatorcpa
