·I have about 80-90 people in my office and most of the older staff know about my vintage vices. If anyone has midcentury art/furniture/houses, classic cars, cameras, walkmans, books etc. they tend to find themselves at my desk for a chat!
Today’s visitor was an Omega Seamaster Chronostop. My colleague bought it new and it has never let him down. He still has the original box which he says is bright orange, so I’m keen to see it too. I had a tube of polywatch in my drawer so have given him that for the weekend.
I would guess many of you have similar interactions in your workplaces. That was the second Omega this week for me!
