    Quite a few I'll bet.

Don't like the way that bracelet meets the case between those lugs.

I think you nailed it. Besides, nowadays employees don't stick with a company for life.

Just wondering, how much do personal engravings like this affect the value?

I think in the case of the Zenith not at all. It's a piece of history. American Zenith Electronics had just resolved the long running trademark dispue with Swiss Zenith by buying them lock, stock and barrel. They had no interest in mechanical watch production, esp. as the quartz revolution was in its early stages, and were on the point of condemning all mechanical movement production to oblivion. They took all of these absolutely superb 18K El Primero references and couldn't be bothered to sell them - just gave them away as sales prizes to TV salesmen. It's sort of a Calvary for El Primero - a series of humiliations on the way to sacrifice, were it not for brave Charles Vermot http://omegaforums.net/threads/who-was-charles-vermot.2711/#post-31337
I love that I have this artifact of the El Primero story.

Electrolux vacuum cleaners and Omega - maybe not so much drama.

This one you need to put your glasses on.
Look close at the crosshairs meeting the Omega print.
Then look at the center pie pan section, it not even finished to the edges
    Looks ridiculous

They might have. I remember hockey used to own one in this configuration and my recollection was it looked like a good fit.

Not an easy video to find. Must have been pulled for not being politically correct.

I remember that commercial. I sort of begrudgingly will admit that I once sold Electrolux sweepers. Not an easy job and boy did I see some shaky things go on. LOL

Electrolux routinely gave away great prizes. A guy I worked with won a Ford Aerostar van. This was around 1985. I won a grandfather clock, some nice knives a smoked turkey and various other things. I recall the area manager had a Rolex he had won. There were still some "old timers" around that had made a good living for themselves selling sweepers door to door.

It paid the bills, gave me the experience to get me my next job which landed me the one I have today. I suppose today I would just sign up for public assistance......................

No doubt about it: The guy sold Kirby Sweepers - for sure!
