hi thanks for anyone's Time who's reading this I am I treading in purchasing this and the movment dial and casing all check out for time era but has it had any work done to the dial thanks a lot and what is a fair price for it.

Same model but with a good painted dial but the hand markers look difference

 

You do see a real mix of dials and dial furniture on these entry level pieces from the International collection...

Ladies watches don't command $ anywhere near men's watches so that's why it's hard to work out. ( $200ish ?? )
