Came with the Longines archive extract showing a production date of 1948 and Seelich in Slovakia as the invoiced company. They were Longines agents at the time. So, although it's an issued piece it's after WW2.
Regrettably, that's going to be a tall order. And there are quite a few Majetek owners out there actively looking. A better tack might be to have someone fashion a copy. Antoine over on MWR has produced some bezel locking crowns for various Weems. He might be someone to contact.
So many fantastic pieces went under the hammer. Are the results published anywhere, I tried finding them but couldn't?
Here is the link to the auction house results. Happy reading. http://watchesofknightsbridge.com/view-auction-catalogues.html
@budgewink they definitely have for previous sales. Both in a one pager PDF with lot no and price and in their online viewing platform as well. It could take a bit of time to upload.
