    Hi All.
My question to you is regarding my slight OCD tendency to give my crown a twist when I look at my watch dial.
I don't overwind, just a couple of spins.
What are your thoughts on if it is better to let the spring decompress more often or to keep it more tightly wound?
    Thanks for your comments!

I'd be more worried about the OCD than the watch.

Think the general rule of thumb is to wind is the same amount of turns at the same time of day or max accuracy. Other than the initial wind-up, I never wind it all the way up. If its not being worn for a few days, just let it come to a stop once in awhile.

I always choose my business associates by gauging which ones will pounce at a vulnerability and which ones will assist.
