Why not an Omega LE for our Forum?

Hi Omega fans
Panerai has the Paneristi form and has already issued 3 Limited editions for this forum. Other brands have done the same (look at IWC with their CF - collector forum - pieces, or Sinn)
So, I was wondering why not Omega!
This might be cool! Let's imagine a Speedie Omega Forum! My dream would be : Speedie pro, a dial with a lolipop hand and vintage patina lume, a special NATO and back engraved with Omega Forum, LE number and name of the owner.
What do you think?

Yes, i would be interested in that.

To convince Omega, could prove to be difficult. There might be some members who have the connections to start an approach. I am not one of them, unfortunately.

It would have to be a watch most of the members love...

I propose a Universal Geneve Polerouter or a Zenith El Primero ::stirthepot::

We did have the OF signed 30 MWO books 👍

But watch, not for me..... ( seen a few forum watches turn to poo pretty quick over the years 😗)

If it has the steel bezel, dial and hands from the 3594.50 Broad Arrow; and the 3201 movement from the Speedmaster 50th Anniversary; in the FOIS case; you've got a deal!

I can start activating my network, I have few connections 😉
Nevertheless, we won't be able to please everyone, so the LE should be classic and not too much of a "monster". I've been involved in some forum watches discussion and I can tell you that, if we want this we need to stay focus!
Any one would like to partner with me on this project ?

How 'bout a stack of dials with custom OF painted on, engraved on the back of the dial. Easy enough to install (and remove).

Not as glamorous as an Omega made LE, but maybe more doable.

Edit: unless of course @friendharry is indeed very well connected.. 😉
