I peeked at that thread a week or so ago and was impressed at how many members know how to make good looking and I'm sure tasty pizzas. My wife loves making them too but cooking is way too intellectually taxing for me 😁
And, not just pizzas! Some seriously impressive posts on the 'what are you having for dinner' thread.

By the way, sorry @STANDY for hijacking the thread in the direction of food. I couldn't not share the pizza thread though. 😀

Here I am visiting the Omega offices

They really gave you the white glove treatment too. But, if I can be a bit indiscreet, you’re skin looks like leather, you should switch to SPF50.

Have you ever had pizza in Italy?

I've had it both in Rome and in Modena.
I thought it would be taste heads and shoulders better than NYC and Chicago Pizza.
But, instead, it was like some unusual type of flatbread kind of meal.

Like many things in the USA, we make the home country foods more exaggerated (and tastier with more salt and oil content).

.
You need go get off the beaten track. I had a pizza at a tiny place in Santa Maria de Leuca that I can’t stop thinking about. I have had pizza allover the pace in NYC, in Chicago, LA, San Fran...and so on. A lot of it was fantastic. But not one of those pizzas could hold a candle to that pizza in Santa Maria de Leuca.

SOB, I knew nobody would really have a hedgehog
I wish I could say the same. My first wife was asthmatic, and was allergic to cats and dogs. After she moved in with me (before we were engaged), my sister showed up at our door one afternoon bearing an hedgehog in a glass aquarium. My sister decided it was a type of pet my future wife would be able to tolerate. My immediate reaction was for my sister to take it back to wherever she bought it, but the depression-suffering future wife immediately started saying "but this is the only pet I can ever have without suffering asthma attacks!". Eff it, I was screwed at that point. Queue nasty-ass hedgehog pet that runs in circles for miles in the middle of the night every dang night, and in a one bedroom condo so there is no way to distance from the noise. We had that horrendous 'pet' for about a year, and the future wife finally turned it in at a local animal shelter -- it was too much work to keep the aquarium clean enough that she did not get asthma attacks from being near it, and she also gave up on the hedgehog ever becoming cuddly and wanting to hang out with her. Hedgehogs do not want to be pets, and for the love of Dog don't every buy one for anyone else (unless you do not like that person).

Yes much more cultured and civilized to stick to forums like this where picture posting isn't the dominant theme 😁

Hi all,
After reading this in STANDY'S opening post

"You have been caught out lying about pets and pizza’s you have cooked. ( thanks to @@chunkythebulldog for he’s detective work also)"

How can we possibly have a member here on OF that has been caught out for cooking his pets and pizza's and think this is the sort of behaviour we could possibly approve of or even condone here. I for one am appalled and horrified by that sort of behaviour and would say it not only requires an immediate ban for life from the forum but also reporting to appropriate authorities post haste.

While I get the point, I have to side with @janice&fred
I am not defending anybody, but there are other forums like WUS were members have multiple accounts with different handles. I caught one today where I quoted one person and asked a question - and got a reply from another handle.
Aaaaamaaazin'

Now that most of have seen stuff and are aware - can we request one of the Mods to close this thread?

...can you explain why you are doing this. How much content is yours. Which wrist is yours ???
Your posting other people’s watches and wrists in the WRUW thread constantly.....Below is just two wrists I could probably out all your different wrists which there is dozens. This is not what we do here.
Maybe he or she is not a watch collector, but a wrist-collector 😲::stirthepot::

Wasn’t hard to work out his wrist was different in all he’s WRUW posts

I twigged this a while back when I noticed the watch dates were never set correctly. I thought it was lazy recycling of old images and then the penny dropped.

The beauty of American-based "ethnic" food is that our diversity usually improves upon the original.

How do you define "improvement" in this context?
I mean, would you consider a hamburger recipe, in the hands of an Indian chef who replaces the beef with lamb and adds spices, then hands over to a Chinese chef, who replaces the lettuce and tomato with pak choi and water chestnuts, who then hands it on to an Arab chef, who replaces the bun with pitta, and improvement on America’s national dish?
