WHY I LOVE THE SEAMASTER DIVER 300M ➡️ the overall design is what makes it special for me, it is like no other watch on the market, it doesn't draw any inspiration from another timepiece, it's entirely a watch on its own and making its own history, and it's already an icon.
Dial: the waves, the markers, the hands are exclusive to the 300M. Those skeleton hands so polarizing, once you own it you learn to love them, but most important, they are 100% unique.
Bezel: this scalloped bezel is so distinctive to the 300M, it may not be the easiest to operate, but it works and it's unique and for me that matters.
Bracelet: most polarizing aspect of this watch, some hate it, most love it, myself included, it's unmistakable the SMP bracelet, like no other on the planet, and most important, it's not inspired on the Oyster bracelet that everyone loves, myself included (I own a Submariner).
FINAL WORDS : I love this watch since it came out, owned older variations, it's is original, unique, iconic design that keeps me coming back to it, it may not be the prettiest, but is 100% a watch on its own.

Klein Blue...
Good call - I went fullscreen and spent the last ten minutes in a darkened room just staring at that: shivers, mmmm...

Great pic, that really is a fantastic looking watch. I've had its predecessor 2531.80 since 2003 but its bezel is almost totally faded now so the contrast is no longer there...torn between replacing the insert or sticking with the patina as it's been around globe a million times with me. I suspect the weight of public opinion would insist I stick with the patina!!!

I personally love the Omega SMP bracelet, it was why I dumped Rolex a long time ago when they still used those horrific tin-stamped garbage bracelets. Bought a couple of recent ones (GMT and Explorer) and did love the new improved versions but dumped them last year when I doubled my "investment" in 3 years...wasn't a $ issue but just can't do Rolex anymore, tragically (for me) too much stigma with that storied brand now.

Beauty watch, congrats.

Nice photo...a bezel and dial which seem to capture Yvette Klein Blue to ..

.

Why am I getting Yves's and not Yvette's?

I love mine too! I just got this today, I used to own the first bond Seamaster but I sadly got rid of it 20 years ago. This feels like a long lost friend when I tried it on.

Snap. Photo taken for a mate earlier this morning.

Always amazes me how it looks like a different watch when the angle of light accentuates the waves vs the face.
