Why do threads change to Awaiting Approval?

Posted something in the Omega Vintage watch discussions. I made a small edit to update a simple typo. The thread became hidden and changed to "Awaiting Approval". Still been that way for almost half a day. What triggers that?

Yeah, it's just overzealous anti-spam measures that can sometime bump it to the manual queue. For sales threads we approve every post manually too.
