Interesting, and like the idea of a lighter, more comfortable bracelet for the SMP -- I switched to rubber shortly after buying mine and have never gone back to the bracelet. The stock does seem a bit "sportier" though -- I wonder if the newer Doxa bracelets with adjustable clasp would work with the Omega? Maybe too vintage-y

So, that Uncle Seiko Omega badge on the clasp is a lot bigger than I thought it was.

Is that close to the OEM size?

How much do the stock bracelets go for? Two weeks old still with plastic on clasp..

A lot of the modern Omega bracelets go for $680 from an OB.

So Uncle Larry lol sent me the incorrect end links. Great communication on his end and he will send the correct ones ASAP. SMP now on NATO for the meantime 😀

The piece looks great. You may have convinced me to get over the golf ball look of the dial as the dial complements the bracelet better than the original. Thanks for the idea.

Fantastic. I was waiting for the update. I really love it. Never a fan of the original bracelet this thread just makes me appreciate the watch more. Great contender to the explorer II .

Forget I said that. Great watch without the need for a comparison.

How’s the balance of the watch with the lighter bracelet? Do you find its heavier at the head and has a tendency to want to flop? Or is it nicely balanced?

A beautiful array of choices there! I put mine on the rubber for the beach excursion last month and enjoying
it in the hot Arizona desert at the moment just fine...
