White Dial Potential Mods

I have always wanted a white Speedmaster and this new lacquer dial is beautiful! At the same time, I have always loved the 16520 Zenith Daytona but it’s way out of my price range.

Are there any steel bezels from previous Speedmasters that would fit this new model? Like from the 57 Broad Arrow? Anything?

I would also love to have a flat link bracelet. I have read that the Apollo and Trilogy bracelets will fit with some tweaking.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Lol!!!! Yes, I totally agree with you but I would be saving for a VERY long time. I really like the new white Speedy and I think the bezel switch away from black would lighten it up. I’ve always liked the steel bezel Daytona’s….the newer ceramic pandas, not so much.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of the solid polished steel bezel from the 3551.20.00. Would love to keep it 100% Omega. I’m wondering if it would fit this case?

As for the bracelet, I’ve read that the Apollo flat link and some of the other flat links from the Trilogy series would fit with a 20mm endlink. Any suggestions?

I like the new bracelet however I do not like the striping on the clasp. It clashes with the rest of the bracelet and looks like an afterthought.
