It's hard not to love both of these badass time pieces. I sure do and I'm not even a lover of gold but they just make a statement. If money were taken out of the equation, which would you choose?

I'd go for the non-GMT model. That's just because without a GMT bezel or internal markings on the face (like the Aqua Terra GMT) it's kind of useless. That makes my choice the second one.

Save 10 grand and get the better strap and much more durable material. Deep black Sendna

I see a 24-hour chapter ring on the expensive GMT Planet Ocean.

Sonomobeech. I didn't see it - didn't enlarge the pic. D'oh! Just looked them up on Omega's website and sure enough, they all have it. Naturally. It's not like Omega to make such a mistake. I love GMT complications but the regular gold is sweeter imho. I'm sticking with #2.

I haven't seen the Sedna Deep Black, but I'd think that would be my preference even without the price difference.

Having not seen either in person, I would pick the Deep Black Sedna based upon the photos. There are a number of PM watches which I believe to be good looking but very few that I would personally own and wear. The Deep appears to be a watch with a nice mixture of materials resulting in a stunning visual.

As much as I dislike gold and ceramic, the Sedna black ceramic GMT is the better looking.

That being said the new Speedmaster racings...

That's the gold Omega I'd get. Or maybe the blue dial Sedna bezel globemaster.
