This is a pretty deep question, because we all have those timepiece's we dearly enjoy and want to pass on within our family for generations and generations etc. etc. but there also are those timepieces we cannot and wont take off. So which one (or two, three, hell maybe 20) will have to go with you and why?

    Cheers,

I hope none will go with me. The last thing I want when I'm underground permanently is to keep track of time ::facepalm1::

I'd rather let someone else enjoy my collection... I'll be busy fighting off the worms.

If I'm enough of a serial flipper to sell that gorgeous VC Malte Grande I had, no watch should be complacent in my collection.

Of course, heirlooms and gifts get exemptions.

    I "Like"d that just so I could un"Like" it. :p

I would not "take one with me" -- seems like a waste to me. If it meant that much to me I imagine my son would treasure receiving it. Plus with advances in DNA engineering and cloning, they might be able to recreate me from some of the skin particles at some point down the road.

I intend to fill my coffin with my watches and then sneakily retire to the Gold Coast.

nobody should notice another walking corpse in Queensland.

I don't use my cell phone for the time. But when the time comes, I think a cell phone would be ideal to take with you. More as a "safety" precaution, in case your mortality was mis-diagnosed, if you know what I mean. Make your call, then you have games you can play while you patiently wait! :D

And make sure your untimely death does not catch you with 8% battery. ;)

Now that would really be a bummer...::stirthepot::

Interesting question. Longest lume... or power reserve...? Hope to have many more years to contemplate.
