If you glance back at the very first post ever of this particular thread, you’ll see a different example of the identical reference (885108) from another member. Trying to bring it full circle today with this latest addition to my collection! Vintage UG is the best!

Wore this today, a favorite. Pink 18k 37.5mm case with faceted lugs and a wonderful coined bezel.
I believe Telesport was a German based jewelry store--maybe someone knows more?

Is there anyone else out there with a UG traveler. I have 1 so where are the other 99? I also have a Nina. The Automatic Traveler is such a nice movement but the Nina is worth silly money. I would recommend finding one for laying down as they say. I have

I don't get why they don't bring this brand back. Would be amazing to see some of these properly revived with easily serviced movements in a modern water resistant case

The company still exists but not in production. The newer UG is a brand new old stock watch which is waterproof and crystal glass. They are out there in some obscure jewellers around the world. I picked this one up in Gibraltar. He did have other brand new models I in stock. The panda I bought in 1972 in Basel so I am the first owner. That watch was in the window of the jewellers. And again new display model

I like the face of this UG. The band looks good. Is the buckle original UG. That is what I don’t have on my Panda. I probably changed it before realisation back in the 80’s Fool.
