I wasnt even sure if I should post this in vintage or modern secion, as I cant figure out what model, or how old is it. Tried googling for same model, but my google fu is not cooperating today, so no luck finding another one.

I know it is Seamaster, it is chrono and it is automatic

It looks like it's a part of the Seamaster 120 line. Not too sure about them, but believe they are a 90s issue and was a dressier alternative to the 300 Pro.

 

That was the missing link, 120m line. Looks to be 2501.50

 

Agreed on 2501.50. I hope 90s aren't yet vintage otherwise I'm getting old!
