which Omega box could it be

Good evening,

Some time ago I bought this Omega presentation box including outer box. I am wondering, do you maybe know with which Omega model this box was delivered? I am asking because I can't find the box with these colors in the MWO-book.

This box was coupled to any omega sold in the late 60’. Based on my experience this box, and the similar ones in faux wood, was for north american market.
And yes, this was also sold with some speedmaster references. But also flightmaster, bullhead, seamaster deville, some women watches etc.

I received the same box with my 145.022-76 but can't confirm that it's original to the watch.

Unfortunately, I'm missing the watch holder in the middle. I wish I had that!

The one on the bottom right corner on MWO is right as yours but has lost the fake aluminum panels on the sides. The panels were simply glued and this often occurs in this kind of boxes.

I think these two pictures on the bottom right corner on MWO are of the same box, and this box is different than my box (red velvet instead of grey, and pillow on the inside is from another design)

I've have a couple of 105.012-66 bought from original owners (both from the US) that came in the same box.
