Hi, does anyone know where you can buy a modern style 18mm stainless steel Omega buckle in the UK? I got one about 4 years ago from eBay for about £30 in original packaging but all the ones on there these days just look like cheap fakes. All the Omega parts suppliers don't stock them anymore (only in 16mm or lower) and the only one I can find off a reputable looking seller is £80.

If AD's or OB's will sell them how much are they? As it would also cost me about £30 in train fares to actually go collect it from one as there's none nearby.

    Thanks in advance

ADs or OBs will sell them, although I do not know if they post.

Cost would probably be the £50-£80 range for Steel as you say. I do not know exact because it will depend on the specific model, but you are in the right ball park for sure.

If it was me, I'd get the cheap ones if it was so much trouble to go and collect - there are good examples on eBay. There is nothing special about most of Omega's own simple steel buckles except for the feeling that you personally might have of wearing something that is genuine (each to their own).

I can't get too excited about spending a lot on a genuine buckle. I prefer the real deal but a good quality generic is ok if the original is missing.

I just bought a 16mm one from cousinsuk it was £21.50 + shipping. Just checked but they do not have the 18mm size, here is the part number just in case: 94511802

Keep looking for an OEM buckle, they’re out there and maintains the value of the watches value. Would you put “knockoff” wheels on a Ferrari? Not me. Fwiw
